Cancellation & refund policy

• Cancellations made 6 hours or more before the scheduled booking or pick-up time are eligible for a refund, subject to the applicable booking terms.
• Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled booking or pick-up time are not eligible for a refund.
• For cancellations between 4 and 6 hours before pick-up, please contact us on WhatsApp.
• Cancellation timings are calculated from the scheduled booking or vehicle pick-up time.

Security deposit for self-drive bookings

A refundable security deposit applies to self-drive vehicle bookings. The deposit is 100% refundable and is normally returned in cash when the vehicle is returned, subject to inspection and settlement of any applicable charges.

In case of damage to the vehicle, a traffic challan or fine, misuse of the vehicle, violation of applicable laws, illegal activity, or any other charge arising from the customer's use of the vehicle, the applicable amount may be deducted from the security deposit. Any remaining balance is refunded after the vehicle and charges have been checked.

Self-drive terms

• A valid driving licence and Aadhaar card are required for verification.
• 120 km minimum running applies to local self-drive bookings.
• 250 km minimum running applies to outstation self-drive bookings.
• Additional per-kilometre and per-hour charges may apply where applicable.
• The customer is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period and for any charges arising from its use.

Chauffeur and driver rental terms

• 250 km minimum running per day applies.
• Night charges or driver allowance apply after 10:00 PM.
• Toll tax and parking charges are extra.
• Driver allowance is extra where applicable.
• Additional per-kilometre charges may apply according to the vehicle and rental plan.

Tour packages and hotels

Tour package and hotel prices depend on dates, season, availability and the options you choose. Every package is quoted individually on WhatsApp or phone, and is confirmed only after you accept the quote.

Booking & payment

A booking is confirmed only after the booking confirmation and payment process has been completed. Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking. Rental prices may vary with the vehicle, date, duration, route and rental conditions. Estimates shown on this website are indicative; the final price is confirmed on WhatsApp or phone.

Additional charges

Any applicable extra kilometres, extra hours, tolls, parking charges, night charges, driver allowance, traffic fines, damages or other disclosed trip-related charges are payable by the customer as applicable.

Vehicle use & legal responsibility

Customers booking self-drive vehicles are responsible for using the vehicle safely and in line with applicable laws and the agreed rental conditions. Any challan, fine, legal liability, damage or expense arising from misuse, illegal activity, traffic violations or unauthorised use of the vehicle may be recovered from the customer and/or deducted from the security deposit.
